This Olympic gold medalist (slopestyle, Sochi) earned his first XG medal, Slopestyle silver, at Aspen 2015. Known for creative rail lines and an ability to throw big doubles and triples in the opposite direction, Christensen has had a tough go with injuries the last few seasons. His most recent was a torn right ACL suffered in May 2017. With a tremendous work ethich and dedication to his physical therapy, Christensen was back competing at the World Cup in Snowmass in Jan. 2018 (43rd place). He had a solid 2017 season where h took 6th in Slopestyle at XG Aspen 2017 and then finished 5th in Norway.

  • 1 X Games medal in 7 competition starts: silver, 2015 Slopestyle. Has made the X Games Slopestyle Final in 5 of 7 tries, narrowly missing it at Aspen 2016 (9th) and Tignes 2013 (10th).
  • Right ACL surgery in May 2017. First competition back was the Jan. 2018 World Cup in Snowmass (43rd).
  • 2014 Olympic slopestyle gold medalist. 2014 ESPY nominee: Best Male Olympian.
  • Winner, Feb. 2015 Grand Prix Park City (slopestyle). Also won it in 2014.
