About Alex

This Canadian had a huge rookie season in 2015, earning XG bronze, and bronze at the World Championships in Spain. He's a below the knee amputee but still plays pond hockey and played football as a right guard for his local high school. In 2011 he lost his left foot in a boating accident when a propeller struck his foot five times. In the fall of 2015 he trained in Whistler, his first time living away from home and traveled to Vimy Ridge, FRA with his family over the summer to return to the place his grandfather lost his leg during WWI.
