Making his rookie appearance at X Games Aspen 2016 is 26-year-old Nikko Landeros. As a member of the USA National Sled Hockey team since 2008, Nikko is no stranger to aggressive, close-contact sports. The double amputee from Berthoud, CO, hopes his experience on a hockey skate, arm strength, balancing abilities and overall confidence will result in a successful first competition. "In my eyes, I feel like I can win. I think there needs to be a new champion in this event. The world needs to see something crazy happen."
