Boondock Trails Jam -- Long Island, N.Y.
Fall on the East Coast signifies prime BMX trail riding throughout Pennsylvania and New York. For the locals at the Boondock Trails on Long Island, it also signifies festive riding jams before the first throes of winter shut down the trails. Recently, the Boondock locals threw a Halloween Jam, and it attracted quite the crowd. Click on to see what went down.
Even though Jon Lynn is from Brooklyn, he makes sure he can get out to the Boons every chance he can to stretch nac-nac x-ups like this. The best part of his costume was the '80s inspired Haro mouth guard for his helmet.
Shawn didn't have a costume, but he was definitely in beast mode. He was the first one to 270 the DMC set. This was wild.

No-footed cancan in a homemade space man costume. This is a normal East Coast occurrence.
The Standard Army has had a longtime presence in Long Island since the mid '90s, and it continues with Dan Clifford, who added some zombie apocalypse flair to his Standard Army costume.
Darkside in a very tight Robin costume. Batman was nowhere to be found in that trail set though.
Ethan Solomkin, Dan Izzo
Batman flies over Robin on the DMC set. I guess in some way this makes sense. And yes, Boondock locals are welcoming to all types of bikes.
I'm not going to lie: this is the first engagement shoot I've ever done at trails. Congrats to John Pinho (aka Remo) and his wife-to-be Nikki.
Darkside at height.
Tuck no-hander over a dancing skeleton.
This is a normal move for Matt: a toboggan while wearing butterfly wings.
