Adidas Lucas Premiere ADV
Adidas team rider Lucas Puig held it down with the first section in "Away Days," and to celebrate his skating, Adidas recently released his new signature shoe, the Lucas Premiere ADV. The newest Lucas Premiere ADV upper is wrapped in heavy duty black suede with the iconic three stripes in classic white. The lightweight sole is simplified in an all-white shell offering the same board control and durability as the debut color way. The shoe features an adiTUFF reinforced toe offering extra protection and abrasion resistance. Bonus info: Puig skates without insoles in his shoes, but rest assured, his signature shoe comes with them.

DC Shoes New Jack Felipe
Felipe Gustavo turned pro for DC in 2013, and in the time since, he's made quite the name for himself. Earlier this year, DC teamed with Gustavo to work on a new cupsole design that caters to optimal fit and function. The new outsole design features a radiused sidewall for flick right out of the box, impact heel cushioning and an all new tooling in the forefoot for optimal board feel. "I really like the gum sole. It's super grippy and lasts a long time," says Gustavo. "The shoe is really breathable, and the fit is really snug and holds your foot in there," he adds.

Emerica Indicator Low
Emerica's Indicator Low was first developed back in 2012, and the team-designed shoe created such a stir that Emerica decided to bring it back for 2016. The black/white version features vulcanized construction, oversized eyelets and a rubber toe cap for protection. Emerica's Indicator is akin to the always classic Chuck Taylor, but aligns the buyer with the likes of Emerica team riders from Andrew Reynolds to Brandon Westgate.

Lakai Flaco
After years of work in the streets, Stevie Perez has deservedly earned a signature shoe with Lakai. Like Perez's skating, The Flaco was designed with style and ability in mind. It's a shoe that can withstand weeks of skating due to its suede/rubber cobound ollie area, with design nods to Lakai classics such as the Howard Select. And it's built to withstand long days of city pushing. Perez sees it differently. "If you're already sponsored and get free shoes, get them anyway," says Perez.

Adidas Adi-Ease Premiere Universal
Adidas recently made a huge splash on the skate scene with the release of their first video, "Away Days," and now they're back with new kicks. Inspired by the iconic soccer shoe "Universal," the Adi-Ease Premiere Universal shoe bridges rich Adidas heritage with modern street skating. The Adi-Ease Premiere Universal takes detailed design cues from the Universal yet maintains the silhouette and board control of the popular Adi-Ease Premiere skate shoe. The updated Adi-Ease features a premium full grain leather, deco stitch toe and a PU Molded sockliner. All that, and it even says "skateschuhe" on the outsole in case you didn't think it was made for skating.

eS Accel Slim Tom Asta
The original Accel by eS is one of the most iconic and legendary shoes in the history of skateboarding. The new Accel Slim is an updated version of the shoe constructed with the modern day skater in mind. And if that's not enough, eS is now offering a signature color way for East Coast powerhouse and Real Street 2016 athlete Tom Asta, featuring Asta's signature on the inner collar. "I'm so hyped on these,"says Asta.

DC Shoes Evan Smith Hi
DC Shoes started in the mid 1990s with an emphasis on high tech skate shoes. The times have changed though, and with it, the DC team continues to evolve. Evan Smith joined DC in 2011 and when the time came for him to work on a signature shoe, he definitely went in his own direction. The Evan Smith Hi is a canvas high top with a rubber toe cap, heel stabilizer and 7mm Ortholite sockliner. Its casual yet skate-inspired styling is also available in a low top design, and is completed by a clothing collection that includes shirts, hoodies, pants and shorts. "Obviously with DC's technical support and my idea for a classic high top mixed with a boat shoe, we've combined some really cool technology with some really relaxed features," says Smith.

Etnies Jameson SL Matt Berger
Canadian street phenomenon Matt Berger went from virtual unknown to Street League finalist to Flip and Etnies team pro in the span of a year, and Berger continues to impress on the competitive street skating scene. (Berger also competed in X Games Real Street in 2015.) The Jameson SL is a slimmed down, all suede version of the Jameson 2 Eco. This shoe was designed by Etnies for Berger and crafted specifically to meet his skateboarding footwear needs. The new slim silhouette has a Foam Lite 1 insole with a midsole egg-crate construction for vulcanized-like board feel and flexibility. And the all-black color way is just what Berger asked for.

Huf Cromer
Huf pro Brad Cromer competed in X Games Real Street in 2015, and in the time since, Huf has honored the Long Beach local with his debut signature shoe, appropriately named the Cromer. "I wanted something like a blank canvas you could work with, a shoe that was very plain and simple, with a rubber toe cap that would last longer and skate better," said Cromer, and the team at Huf delivered. For Fall 2016, the Cromer is available in navy/gum, tawny olive and black suede (not pictured), and the features of the shoe include a vulcanized rubber sole, a woven tongue label, padded foam insoles for impact resistance and the distinctive Huf Cap rubberized toe piece.

State Footwear Elgin
State Footwear is the latest skate shoe start up brand, founded by former Dekline brand director Kevin Furtado, and starting to gain momentum in the skate world with a reputable team (Ben Gore, Jon Nguyen, Jordan Sanchez, Kevin Coakley and Christian Malouf) and a solid lineup of footwear, including the Elgin. The Elgin, available in cream/gum and navy/brown, is constructed of a high quality suede upper, with a reverse wrap vulcanized rubber outsole for increased durability. "We're a one-man operation with little to no overhead," Furtado told Jenkem earlier this year, but he's definitely turning heads with State.

Lakai Riley Hawk
Although he's currently out with an injured ankle, new color ways from Lakai's Riley Hawk model arrived just before back to school, and the younger Hawk let his father Tony do some promo for him. You might remember the elder Hawk, Tony, landing a 900 at age 48 a few weeks ago on the Internet? Well, he did it wearing his son Riley's signature shoe from Lakai. New color ways (not pictured here) include charcoal suede, indigo suede, black/gum suede and port canvas. Meanwhile, the micro-suede lining and lux-lite sockliner provide extra comfort and protection.

Vans Kyle Walker Pro
The latest signature shoe from the Vans Pro skate team belongs to Kyle Walker, and it's his first signature shoe as a rookie pro. Constructed of suede, canvas and leather, the ultracush HD sockliner keeps the foot close to the board while providing the highest level of impact cushioning. And because it's built on Vans' new Wafflecup sole, the shoe has a good amount of foot support without sacrificing board control. But for Kyle Walker, all that falls to the wayside because he's just happy to get his shoe out there. "Thank you to every single person that got a pair of my shoe, you're the real MVPs," says Walker.

New Balance Numeric 868
This team-designed shoe from New Balance Numeric is called "unapologetically technical" by New Balance, and for good reason. Thanks to data collected at New Balance's Sports Research Lab, New Balance designed the 868 with a dual-durometer midsole to provide cushioning in the high impact zones without sacrificing board feel. And the heel of the 868 features N2, a New Balance running technology that provides stability and impact protection where skateboarders need it most. It might not look like every other vulcanized skate shoe out there, but if P.J. Ladd and Arto Saari can get behind it, then you know it's a quality shoe.

Nike SB Stefan Janoski Hyperfeel
The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Hyperfeel is billed as offering "ultimate board feel" by Nike SB, thanks to the Hyperfeel system, which combines a locked-in fit, sensitive cushioning and outsole flexibility that allows the shoe to act as a natural extension of your foot. The plush Lunarlon sockliner is specially designed to flex with the outsole, offering a stable ride and enhanced boardfeel, and the snug full-sleeve construction delivers the powerful lockdown you need for any style of skateboarding. And just in case you're looking to rep Nike SB and Janoski but want something a little less technical, the Nike SB Zoom Janoski is still widely available in an array of color ways.
