The Chainsmokers return to X Games

From time on the slopes to putting on a great show, The Chainsmokers are back for X Games Aspen 2019 in a big way.

From College GameDay to Monday Night Football to the X Games, The Chainsmokers are no strangers to ESPN performances. Slated to perform at X Games Aspen 2019 [their second X Games appearance], the Grammy Award-winning and Billboard Chart topping artist/producer duo have evolved into a dominating musical force with a diverse repertoire of songs.

In 2016, the group catapulted to worldwide stardom with 3 certified Multi-Platinum hits. "Roses" was a 4X Platinum smash that shot to #1 on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart. "Don't Let Me Down" featuring Daya, went 4X Platinum and was a top 5 Billboard Hot 100 hit. "Closer," featuring Halsey, went on to become the longest running #1 single of 2016 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Early last year, the duo kicked off their Wynn Nightlife Residency in Las Vegas and embarked on their highly successful 40-city "Memories...Do Not Open" arena tour. To gear up for X Games Aspen 2019, The Chainsmokers have been refining their brand of chart-topping success and challenging X Games athletes such as Kyle Mack to video game competitions. You know... just another day in the life of The Chainsmokers.

The Chainsmokers perform live on Sat., Jan. 26 at 9 p.m. MT at X Games Aspen 2019.
