About Tess Coady
Tess Coady earned Slopestyle silver in her second X Games appearance at Aspen 2023, becoming the first Australian woman to earn a Snowboard Slopestyle medal at X Games. The Beijing 2022 Olympics slopestyle bronze medalist has also emerged as a podium regular on the World Cup circuit, with two slopestyle wins and seven career podiums to date, and two FIS World Championships podiums (3rd in big air in 2023, 3rd in slopestyle in 2021). Snowboarding fans have seen the young Aussie rider coming for years: she won the 2017 FIS Junior World Championships titles in both slopestyle and big air. She hosts the annual Bush Doof event at Tredbo, her home mountain in Australia.
