Alex Donnachie became the first Scottish athlete to medal at X Games with his surprise gold in BMX Street at XG Sydney 2018. He also has a bronze from XG 2021. Donnachie is a BMX video whiz kid and the creator of the “Nearly BMX” video series. He’s one of five riders who owns Street gold: Boyd Hilder, Chad Kerley, Lewis Mills and Garrett Reynolds. XG California 2023 is his 8th appearance.
