Jessica Ready will become the first person to represent New Zealand in a skateboarding discipline at X Games when she drops in for Women’s Skateboard Street at X Games Salt Lake City 2025. She’s the 2025 New Zealand National Champion and also won X-Air 2025, a large action sports festival event. She grew up participating in the Girls Skate NZ program and Auckland’s Young Guns Skate School, and lives near the Victoria Skate Plaza in Auckland, her home skatepark.
