Kuuro grew up in Ivalo, a small town in northern Finland, and now lives in Helsinki. An X Games rookie for Aspen 2026, he has posted two top-10 World Cup Big Air results: most recently 6th at the January 2025 World Cup in Klagenfurt. A graduate of Ruka Freeski Academy (2020), he studies economics at Aalto University, attending school during summers as of 2026. Entrepreneurship runs in the family–his parents own two shops in Saariselkä and Ivalo and operate their own clothing line, Arctic Queen.
