X Games Osaka 2025 BMX Park gold medalist Rim Nakamura owns 4 medals in the discipline. His silver medal as a rookie at X Games Minneapolis 2019 made him the first Japanese medalist in any BMX discipline at X Games. He’s a second-generation BMX rider (named for the rim of a bicycle wheel) and grew up around his father’s BMX shop. HANGOUT, in Kyoto, Japan. He built an indoor training facility, WingPark, in Kyoto in 2021 and says it has been a secret to his success at X Games and other competitions.
