The Moto X Best Trick event involves riders performing gravity-defying stunts and tricks in mid-air while jumping over a ramp. The riders attempt to perform the most difficult and creative tricks, such as variations on double backflips and 360-degree spins, while also landing safely.

Best Trick has been a staple of freestyle motocross competitions since the turn of the century. Riders attempt to execute the most difficult and innovative tricks possible. Riders are judged on the overall difficulty and execution of a single trick, and creativity is highly valued – never-been-done tricks are usually scored very well.
