General FAQ
Safety: The X Games offers amazing sport competition and music entertainment. For everyone’s safety all fans are required to the same security screenings and safety allowances/ restrictions that are outlined below. If you have any questions about the following information, as it pertains to an accommodation, please email: accessibility@xgames.com.
Bag Policy:
- All bags will be searched before entry
- Bags must be:
- Small bags
- maximum being a standard backpack size 22″ x 14″ x 9”
- Diaper Bags: Parents attending with children will be allowed to bring in one diaper bag. This bag should be soft-sided and have no locked compartments. The bag will be subject to a respectful security screening and search upon entering the X Games. This will be the same procedure for breast pumps. Parents that are bringing in formula or breast milk will be allowed one small, soft-sided cooler no bigger than 12” X 9” X 9”, this cooler will be subject to security screening and search as well. Any parent that is entering with these items, please proceed to the Accessible Lane at the gate, look for the wheelchair symbol. Parents that will need water to mix with powdered formula after entry can go to the Access Center. If you have any questions, please email: accessibility@xgames.com.

- The X Games welcomes service animals. Service animals will be subject to a respectful screening and tagging process prior to being allowed into the X-Games. Please be aware that emotional support/comfort animals are not service animals and will not be allowed into the X-Games for the safety and enjoyment of all fans. Weather: The X Games is an outside, rain or shine event. Please plan accordingly and dress for the weather.
Water: There will be water refill stations at the X-Games, bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.
Getting Around: There is a ton to see and do at the X Games. Plan on moving around the X Games to see your favorite athletes, check out our sponsors and enjoy the music. There will be accessible pathways marked for fans with mobility disabilities, so you can plan the route that is best for you. If you use a motorized mobility device, please be sure to bring any equipment that you may need to recharge your device, X Games Team will not have that on hand, and we cannot store mobility devices while not in use.
Wheelchairs: The X Games will have a limited number of manual wheelchairs that you may borrow if you need for mobility purposes. They will be available for lend at the Access Center. Please stop by for more details or email:accessibility@xgames.com to make a reservation.

- Tickets for X Games Aspen 2026 are available starting 9/30/25. View details at our Ticket Info page to explore options from Front Gate, our official ticket partner.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not allowed at the X Games: large bags, weapons, alcohol, coolers, pets (working animals accepted, i.e. service dog), folding chairs, large umbrellas, selfie sticks, laser-lights, drones, noisemakers (i.e. air-horns), and beverages of any kind, with the exception of factory-sealed water in plastic bottles. All persons/bags are subject to search at all times, on or in the parking lots, shuttles, and Aspen Skiing Company properties.
- Empty water containers are permitted into the venue and can be filled up at designated water dispensers.
- X Games Aspen is a non-smoking event. Please refrain from smoking in all public areas. Drugs and marijuana use are also prohibited. The sale and consumption of alcohol is restricted to designated areas and times.
- Large posters and banners must be inspected by security before being allowed in the venue. X Games reserves the right to refuse admission of signage. Sticks or poles to hold flags/banners are not permitted.
- X Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
- X Games reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.
- Commercial photography or videography is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in ejection and/or loss of credential. Specifically, the following equipment is not permitted: lenses greater than three and one-half inches in length, telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods or flash equipment of any kind. All wireless equipment must be cleared by X Games.
- Gates and/or specific competition venues will be closed when capacity is reached. • All existing facility policies may be enforced in addition to X Games venue policies.
- Service dogs are allowed on the property excluding restaurants. Please have proper documentation with you and the appropriate service vest on your service animal.

The Festival Village is a three-day interactive sponsor village, featuring sponsor activations, athlete autograph signings, and concessions. The Festival Village is free and open to the public during the day, and only open to ticketed guests after 4pm.
Competitions may be temporarily suspended due to severe weather conditions.
This event is for all ages, minors under 12 do not require a purchased ticket.

Security checkpoints are located at the entrance and exit to the venue. Event security personnel are also patrolling the venue and will assist with crowd and access control. All persons/bags are always subject to search, on or in the parking lots, shuttles, and X Games event properties. If you see something, say something!

Ticket info
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets before arriving. We can not guarantee that there will be tickets available on event days.
Children 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Yes, you may leave and re-enter X Games, but please note you will have to go through security checks each time. If you are a GA ticket holder, be sure to get a hand stamp on your way into the venue. No re-entry is permitted without credential, wristband, or the proper hand stamp.

The Access Center for fans with disabilities will be located at the first corner inside the X Games. Proceed through the Access Lane and straight ahead. Look for the sign that says “ACCESS CENTER”. We will be available for the entirety of the event, from gates open to close.
Yes, fans with mobility disabilities are welcome to bring their own wheelchairs or electric convenience vehicle (ECV) three wheeled scooters for their personal mobility assistance across the X-Games. Examples of ECVs are: Hoverround, Jazzy and Rascals. These devices must be operated at a safe speed, approximately the same as average walking speed. Manual mobility aides such as crutches, knee scooters and walkers are allowed.

Please note that all devices, motorized or manual will still be subject to a respectful security screening as you enter the park. Please enter through the Access Lane, the farthest lane to the right – look for the universal symbol for accessibility – the wheelchair.
Yes, there is an accessible entrance or “Access Lane” for fans with disabilities. This will be located on the farthest right lane at the entrance gates. Look for the universal symbol for accessibility – the wheelchair.
Accessibility drop off is available at the base of Buttermilk. Take Highway 82, turn onto Owl Creek Rd. and take the first left into the Buttermilk Parking Lot. Follow signs to the accessibility drop off/pick up location.

Yes, there is accessible parking available at the X-Games. All parking requires a ticket. You will see signs for the Accessible Parking, please follow them to the parking. Please note that all vehicles that park in the accessible parking area must have a government-issued accessible plate or placard upon entering the parking area. If you are in need of accessible parking and do not have an accessible placard or plate, please email: accessibility@xgames.com.
No, there is no designated “Accessible Ticket” for the X Games. You can purchase tickets via this link. When you enter the gates, please go to the Access Center which is located just inside the main gate- look for our sign! The Accessibility staff will be ready to assist you with information about accommodations in place.
Service dogs are allowed on the property with proof of current rabies vaccination. Please be sure to have proper documentation and the appropriate service vest on your pet.
X Games is a wheelchair accessible venue.ADA drop off is available at the Utah State Fairpark and Event Center.Follow signs to the accessibility drop off/pick up location. Designated wheelchair viewing areas have been established throughout the venue. Please visit the Guest Services tent located near the main entrance for information and assistance escorting an individual to any of the ADA viewing areas.
There are ADA accessible portalets and public restrooms located throughout the venue.
