GM | Sharalee “Haze” Hazen

Sharalee “Haze” Hazen is an accomplished athlete marketing leader and experiential strategist with a proven track record of building athlete-first initiatives and culturally relevant sports platforms.

Most recently, she served as an Athlete Marketing Manager and co-created The Uninvited Invitational, where she helped shape innovative events, strategic partnerships, and storytelling frameworks that elevate athlete voices and deepen fan connection across action sports.

As General Manager of XC Park City and XC Los Angeles, Haze brings a rare combination of athlete advocacy, commercial strategy, and operational leadership to the league’s inaugural launch. She will oversee athlete recruitment and roster strategy, club operations, partnership development, and fan engagement across both franchises while working closely with league leadership on content, marketing, and long-term business growth.

Leading two clubs that represent the distinct cultures of mountain and urban action sports, Haze is uniquely positioned to build complementary team identities while creating a unified vision for the future of the league. Her athlete-first approach will help shape roster development, strengthen community connections, and establish year-round engagement that resonates locally and globally.

With deep expertise in brand building, partnerships, and athlete storytelling, Haze’s leadership will help position the X Games League as a next-generation model for professional action sports – one that balances elite competition, authentic culture, and sustainable commercial success.
