GM | Ryan Stutt
Ryan Stutt is a creative leader and entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades elevating athletes and growing Canadian action sports. As the founder of Forecast Ski and King Snow, Canada’s leading ski and snowboard media outlets, he has helped shape the careers of countless athletes while documenting the culture of Canadian winter sports.
Most recently, Stutt produced and co-directed the award-winning documentary “Our Kind of Chaos,” chronicling the influential Whistler-based snowboard film series “Whiskey” and its impact on modern snowboarding. As General Manager of XC Whistler, Stutt draws on decades of experience building brands, elevating athletes and growing the sport. He will guide the club’s strategy while ensuring XC Whistler reflects the passion, culture and legacy of Canadian action sports.

FAQ
The inaugural XGL Summer season begins in 2026 with 3 stops, followed by the first Winter season in 2027 with 3 stops.
The traditional X Games are iconic, standalone events. XGL builds on that legacy with a league format, allowing athletes to compete for their X Games Clubs across multiple stops each season, earning points toward a championship title.
At each X Games stop (e.g., X Games SLC or X Games Aspen), certain disciplines will be designated as league competitions where athletes on Clubs will compete for points. Athletes will compete for franchise-owned Clubs under a 3-stop season format leading to championship at the last stop of the season.
