About Fabian Boesch
Boesch was an X Games rookie when he claimed a surprise gold in Aspen 2016 Ski Big Air, triumphing in snowy, adverse conditions. He backed that up with silver at XG Oslo a month later. He impressed in Aspen 2018 Big Air, landing the biggest rotation ever at X Games: a leftside triple cork 1980 safety grab. He turned heads again in 2019 when he landed the first quad flip 1980 in history during Big Air practice. A non-factor in his first two Slopestyle attempts, he took two bronze medals in the discipline in 2020 (Aspen and Norway).
