Simon was left off the Canadian Olympic team in 2014, bagged groceries to make ends meet and had zero (0!) podium finishes in major contests before winning X Games Aspen 2015. He’s still the only Canadian to win the event and he returns to Aspen for the first time since 2019. The 2019 Crystal Globe winner for halfpipe, Dart is a staple on the Canadian team. He finished 10th at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Married longtime girlfriend, Molly Andrew, July 9, 2022 at Tyax Lodge, BC.
