Giovanni Vianna finished 6th in his pro level X Games debut at XG California 2023, and it felt long overdue: he won the Next X Am Street contest at XG Minneapolis 2018 and has been on the come-up. He turned pro for Paul Rodriguez’ Primitive Skateboards team in 2020, finished 12th at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, and took 2nd at Tampa Pro in 2023. He won the Street League Super Crown in front of a home crown in São Paulo, Brazil in December 2023.
