X Games Ventura 2024 Skateboard Street Best Trick bronze medalist Jhancarlos Gonzalez is the first X Games medalist representing Colombia. He hails from Bogota, and has racked up multiple recent wins outside of X Games including the Street League Skateboarding Resurrection event (November 2023) held on a replica of the famed 15-stair Wilshire rail in Los Angeles, where he did an incredible switch crooked grind. He finished 7th in his rookie X Games appearance at X Games Japan 2023. He finished 15th in street at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, and 22nd at the Paris Olympics in 2024.
