Belgium’s Julien Vanstippen returns to X Games Sacramento for his eighth career appearance as one of the most consistent Moto X Best Whip riders in event history. A five-time X Games medalist, Vanstippen has reached the podium in all five of his Best Whip starts, collecting two gold, one silver, and two bronze medals. He made an immediate impact as an X Games rookie, earning bronze at Chiba 2022. Vanstippen also made history as the first Belgian athlete to win X Games gold. Belgium owns just nine X Games medals overall, and Vanstippen is the only Belgian athlete with more than one. Before freestyle motocross, he competed as a talented Supercross racer across the European, Belgian, and French Championships.
